LFO Campus Renovation!

The history, pride, and tradition of Lakeview and Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe (LFO) are important to the alumni and the community as a whole. Our success in academics, athletics, band, and other areas has established LFO as one of the premiere schools in the tri-state area. This is reflected by LFO being recognized as a Blue Ribbon School, a School of Excellence, and SACS accreditation. Our athletic programs compete and win at a high level. The gymnasium at LFO is brimming with banners from a number of our athletic programs and the success they have brought to the school and community. The Warrior marching band ALWAYS does well. Whether on the field at half-time or at competition, the band is solid. LFO has some of the BEST students around. Period!

There is a project in motion to renovate our football stadium and the surrounding grounds. This is not just for football, but also for the school on the whole. It is time that the stadium, its surroundings and the campus itself reflect how wonderful a school LFO is. Renovations will provide an important, scenic gathering place for ALL, supporting the essence of family and unity.

* LFO*s vision of excellence, which is at the heart of the LFO family, will be physically represented by the improvements made to the stadium, the surrounding grounds, and the campus. Yet, to see this to fruition, we need help.

There are many ideas and projects to come. At this time we are striving to sell plaques to be placed on the new, brick columns in front of the stadium. The columns support a beautiful, new fence that adds a classic element to our stadium. A beautiful, bronze plaque with a special message or recognition is an extraordinary way to leave your mark on LFO history and assist in this renovation project. Go Warriors!

Column/Plaque Cost: $1,000. This includes a bronze plaque (250 words max) and a LIFETIME athletic pass to ANY LFO athletic event.

*State playoffs and tournaments require a gate fee. This is a state policy.
